About Me

I’m Dan, a Colorado-based LPCC who is passionate about supporting you as you navigate life transitions, stressors, identity, and the countless obstacles thrown your way both in-person and via telehealth. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events in outdoor spaces such as injury, accidents, or major setbacks.

Personally, I spend time skiing, mountain biking, running, and surfing when possible. I have traveled on the road around the western US and have lived in small ski communities that shaped my connection to the outdoors.

My Approach

I primarily use:

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

These approaches can help you explore your identity, values, and the stories you carry. My approach centers on respect, autonomy, and making room for individuals to heal in a safe, approachable, therapeutic environment.
